Studio KDRx Pilates is a home studio located in Kristen Dockter’s Houston Heights bungalow. Kristen dedicates 500 square feet to your pilates practice and can accommodate private and semi-private (2) clients. The studio is equipped mostly with Gratz equipment – almost everything that exists. Gratz is simply the best pilates equipment available, as Joe Pilates invented it – try it and you will feel the difference.

Studio KDRx Pilates caters to everyone from the beginner to the more advanced practitioner, wanna-be athletes or retirees who just want to maintain their quality of life. Since our overhead is minimal compared to a commercial studio, we are able to offer affordable private or semi-private sessions. See our list of services for more information.
